When nightfall sets on Halloween, Lincoln Road Mall will fill with thousands of locals and tourist alike, all prepared for the scariest and freakiest night of the year. Entertainment will include: live music, costume parties, great food, shopping and people watching. The world-famous costume contest, held on the main stage, will highlight the best three costumes of the night, each winner receives a prize .
